I graduated from the University of Scranton. Currently, I am working as a high school Spanish teacher. Since I love immersing myself in Spanish culture, in addition to the language, I absolutely love being able to teach it. As a teacher, I not only believe in education, but I place a lot of importance in being bilingual.When teaching, I try to help the students learn in a context that they can relate to. Being able to practically use the language is much more important than knowing words and definitions. I also like to incorporate a lot of visual aids, as I find that it helps the students' learning process.Along with Spanish levels one to four, I also teach advanced Spanish and Spanish literature. I have also lived in Buenos Aires, where I spent time studying. My hobby is dancing, where I practice the salsa, bachata, and the tango.
